This complete Chaozhu court necklace is a ritual accessory for Qing‑dynasty officials. It consists of 108 main round turquoise beads with rich teal‑green colour and natural matrix veins, conforming to official Qing‑dynasty court regulations.
Chaozhu represented official rank in imperial China. Complete turquoise sets are rare survivors. The beads carry mellow aged patina after long history. This fine antique artefact owns great historical, aesthetic and collectible value for antique and gem‑art collectors.
